Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended!
I ordered a frappé twice, and both times, it was just ice with no real flavor. On top of that, the place was dirty, which was really off-putting.

I went there with my baby tonight and the customer service was outstanding. The guy was very helpful in letting me know that I ordered the wrong thing (spicy nuggets) that was supposed to be my baby's food. You are awesome! The tall skinny guy this was around 8:30ish pm he is so awesome! This is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to! The night crews are deserving of kudos! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went through the drive thru this morning, I frequent the North Broadway location at least 3 times a week in the AM, I would give this review a 0 if I could! If you ask for a specialty drink they make you wait in an already crowded line on the side. This morning (09/26) I was asked to wait AGAIN on the side for 7 minutes before a worker came up and asked me if I still wanted the latte? I paid for it why wouldn't I want it? Then she had to go inside AGAIN and I had to pull out and go into their parking area...total time was 15 minutes waiting for a latte?? Being honked at in line by other customers, this has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a fast food place ever! I will be contacting corporate!

It is my go to McDonald’s because I live across the street for that soda that hits, but it’s always truly unpleasant when I hit my code, they can’t accept it and when I ask for help their response is there is nothing they can do and they don’t know what to do.
