(Order can’t be cancelled as they changed the order status to serving almost instantly. Ordered food was not served)
Spent 50$ for a couple meals and did a separate order for an icecream cone using the points. Walked up to the counter and saw the screen showing my order is being served. I asked a person who seems like the manger. He shook his head and looked at the screen in front of himself. Turned around and talked in Spanish. Waited over 5mins at the counter, walked back to the table and wait another 5mins. Never called my number and it’s gone from the display. Didn’t want to ruin my vacation mood and move on.
For the record, the fries and the chicken nuggets were greatly cooked. Crispy. It’s just how the store treats the customers who spends points instead of real cash.

I always go here for all day breakfast I called beforehand to double check they had breakfast my dad went for me and they told him they didn’t have breakfast he told them I called before going and they still said no.

One would believe $20 or more an hour would fix the solution to flipping a burger and breakfast patties.
There is a strong inconsistency on missing items per order in a longer stretch since that $20 an hour was implemented in California.

This woman was extremely rude to my pregnant wife, when my wife approached her politely after checking her bag in the drive thru that our daughters cheeseburger was cold to the touch..
she than told my wife the Carne was not cold because the cheese was melted……..
The burger could have been sitting for minutes before she gave us the burger in our bag and presumed to say really rude things about us saying we were needy people to her staff. I understand that maybe she had a bad day. But good lord, go get some therapy or search indeed for a job that doesn’t require dealing with the public if you have to talk about us that way and roll your eyes. Appreciate her hard service for 3-$6 kids meal.

Super rude customer service. My app wasn’t working so it won’t allow me to put which number spot I was in. I called the store to explain. I gave them my name and what spot I’m in. Someone eventually comes out with my order and accuses me of not paying. I showed him my app wasn’t working and my email order confirmation. He said he can’t give me the food unless I pay. I told him how would you know my order if I didn’t pay. The employee continued to give me attitude and reluctantly gave me my food

When I went, I noticed the girl with the glasses and eyelash extensions had an attitude. I get it everyone has bad days, but she needs to do better.
