Very rude employee named Jalissa. I come to this establishment often. My husband and I were waiting in line at the register where jalissa had just taken a mans order in front of us. We then tried to order, and her first words were, "You can order at the kiosk." I told her I always order at the register because there's no option for me to add onions to my mc chicken. She then rudely said "yes there is you just press special request and it's there." " You have to order at the kiosk" my husband was like alright let's just leave we walked out to go to a different mc donalds but we came back in to get her name she rolled her eyes when asked her name and she was just standing there doing nothing so it's not like she was super busy that she couldn't take our order. This is the first time I have ever had at problem at this specific mc donalds and don't plan on comming back. Also there is no option or special request button to add the onions we double checked once we got to a different mc donalds, where we were happily greeted at the register where our order was taken.

Ordered a McDouble with only ketchup and pickles. Somehow no one read the sticker attached to the burger and made it with everything. Had to walk back so I can get the burger I ordered. They remade it and I wanted fresh small fries since the ones I got would be cold by the time I walked back home. Manager very rudely said we only remake what was wrong. I told him if they had made it right the first time I wouldn’t even have to ask for a new set of small fries. He very rudely said “it’s the only time I’m doing it” what a joke of a manager
They make the hamburgers worse and worse, first they stopped putting onion in the cheeseburgers and only a strip of pickle and now no ketchup and a drop of mustard. It didn't taste good like that. I don't know if they think people don't realize it or if they just don't care about losing customers.

The chicken sandwich I ordered was terrible and almost un-editable. I took 2 bites and then threw it away. The egg Mcmuffin and French fries is the only thing I would eat there.
