We went to eat here with my family, and my wife ate a big mac, and it hurt her. She was admitted to the hospital for 5 days due to poisoning due to poor preparation or lack of hygiene in that establishment where they are prepared, it doesn't look clean and the tables are full of garbage.

Don’t be mean Ronald h the whole point is to help. Kind gesture. As kind a gesture as can be made considering the fact that fast food is not all the greatest. If you care. Or maybe Ronald and Sam got side deals going. Ps the Hamburgler was on food stamps. So he wouldn’t steal.

They did a remodel and put everything behind the counter. Apparently they don’t do refills on same day dine in. Walked up to the counter ask the lady if I can please get a refill on my soda and she said sorry we don’t do refill anymore and I said that’s weird and she said sorry and walked away. Next time just get the water cup or find other fast food places to eat.

Your sodas are disgusting half the time and that sprite, what is that!?y'all don't check the bags or the food at all! It's the principal of the thing especially when it's repetitive! even for a quick bite what do you expect? It's McDonald's ! But every time!!! Y'all don't read the receipts??? Very rude workers, I get its fast food but you don't need to give your customers attitude after YOU messed up our order, acting as if it's my fault and making it awkward for everyone. All I ordered was 2 cokes a small fry and some chicken nuggets, how hard is that to get? There was a missing items (40pcs nuggets) in our order. We used the drive thru and we have to turn around and go inside to asked for the missing Item. Negates the purpose of using the drive thru.

I work close to this McDonald’s and never have I ever been served cold, gross food. Fresh buns and fully melted cheese on the burgers are the standard for this place. The only complaint I have is every time I come I have to wait about 5-10 minutes to eat the fries because they are absolutely piping hot and fresh and delicious. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to where it seems like the staff actually prepare the food how they’re supposed to.
