Full of young people. They lack a sense of good customer service. The drive thru people is usually very friendly but it takes a long time for them to get your food or you have to wait outside the restaurant for them to bring out your food. This place is more convenient to get to than my usually place that I know on Betteravia & Blossor.

They're like really nice the people that bring food out but the managers are a little bit rude I also didn't like how it said that the order was ready and it wasn't when I brought it to the man in Black's attention this morning he had an attitude you know they get more than I make an hour they should be a little bit more considerate of the customers and the delivery people it's really discouraging how they treat people they need a 101 course on how to treat people and do customer service right I've done it for years and I've always had the utmost respect for people

I haven't been to McDonald's in awhile, but when I came here. Very disappointed..the fries where the worst, nice and hot where the few on top then the rest were cold and brown and cold!.. quarter pounder was also bad it smelled bad..don't know if it was the meat or the vegetables inside..I threw all of it away..that taught me never again will I come here!

It's the place you hate to go but it's the place that you love to eat. Love hate relationship. The food is not good for you but it fills you up. Taste is great. Love going there I hate working with the staff. They get a paycheck and sometimes you get your food on time. Nobody works there for a long period of time. Lord do they expect to be employed there very long. Normally a stopping point for people getting into the job industry. And it shows.
Hands down the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had in my life, spent over 20 bucks and the entirety of the food was inedible, couldn’t eat any of it.
Apparently, coming through the drive thru within 15min of closing at this location means the employees will throw your food in a furnace and burn it to an crisp to place onto some rock hard buns for having the audacity to make them to do their job during their service hours. Will never come back to this location.

Disgusting. First thing, gave my food away. Then an employee with pink hair dropped a label on the ground, proceeding to pick it up (getting a whole handful of dirty floor), and delivered food. She came back and I asked for fries, and she proceeds to dig her floor hands into an old batch of badly done fries. Disgusting all the way around
I dislike that this is the closest McDonald’s to me. This locations crew needs to go observe the Skyway crew, they got it on lock over there. Bradley McDonald’s has gotten my order wrong many times. Missing things mostly. They don’t make the best sweet tea most of the time, and it’s the only McDonald’s I’ve experienced bad fountain drinks at. Then to top it all off the staff usually looks like they’re on the verge of some kind of breakdown, deeply unhappy looking people. I know fast food work is demanding, and I don’t expect the workers to look like they’re pumped to be there, but this crew looks really, really unhappy most of the time. Bad customer service from the non-management staff. Manager is nice. When they get your order right, the food is good.

Came for a burger, fries, and drink during a pretty big rush. Did a mobile order for pickup and asked for extra salt on the fries. And WOW! Hot fries, fresh, perfectly extra salty. Burger was made just right, soda was crisp, everything was perfect in the middle of a very busy time. This is a good McDonalds.

Once upon a time this restaurant was warm and inviting and with a few bucks you could get a decent meal. Gone are those days. The interior is minimalist and cold. Ask for a refill and they treat you like a criminal asking for money from the register. For years I bought two breakfast sandwiches Monday to Friday on the way to work, and sometimes a coffee. Prices are so high now they've pushed me out as a consumer. I tried to be understanding during COVID. It was a crazy time, I figured it would just take time to get back to normal. I just can't justify the expense. There are an abundance of better options for the same price or less. I'm done, you've lost a loyal customer McDonalds.

Not the best, not the worst. Just came here to say don't bother doing a curbside order at this location. It's a 10-15 minute wait, EVERY TIME. No purpose whatsoever to ordering ahead. You can get through the drive-thru line faster, even when the line is long.
