The service was great and the lady was nice. The cheese was cold on the food not a fan.

Great tacos and the enchiladas are amazing. Taco Tuesday offers a great price and your choice of a variety of meats.
The staff is friendly and attentive.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was so damn good. I cannot recommend this place enough.

By far the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. It was very dirty the floors were sticky. The tables were sticky. The salsa was bad and they don’t make their own guacamole .

The chips are fresh made and the tortillas are hand made . My Birria was delicious and I'll definitely go back again for the Chile Rellenos next time.

Their fries were awesome! I definitely recommend them. Salty, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. 10/10

From the moment we called to place our order the lady was rude, the flautas soggy, the birria over salted and chips stale. Even when I called to verify my order and somehow a mix up on the food whoever answered phone wasn't about making the customer happy she just said I put the food in the bag!!! Maybe package the food better so consume doesn't spill into the bag. Not happy customer ?

I love my burritos simple and spicy! I just had one of the best ever at Nena’s. Meat cilantro onions and red sauce is almost enough for me?
I want to cry, sweat and have my nose run by the time I finish my simple burrito.

Tacos were so greasy and there was hardly any meat in my hard beef taco. Like that’s what’s supposed to be in a taco and there was a pinch of meat. I also got asada tacos that had absolutely no flavor which is disappointing. Taco trucks are way better than this 100%.I will be taking my money else where. Never again will I go here.

The food is delicious!!! I started by ordering the tacos but Maria told me that they had Michoacan style enchiladas and I decided to order that. The truth is that they were a 10/10, very tasty, a large portion, too much flavor and seasoning. Recommended!

Food was amazing online pics do not do justice, I highly recommend getting their michoacan style enchiladas, had not had ATHENTIC mexican food at a restaurant in such a long time. Highly recommended this amazing dish and amazing restaurants, I'm sure the other plates will not disappoint. I give it a 10/10

My first visit to nena’s kitchen was great birria was really good I just came here today and got queso birria and it’s trash doesn’t even taste anything like the last time I came here plus it was $25 can’t even taste the cinnamon or anything it just taste like regular beef broth

I ordered the Cali burrito, carne asada tacos, & guacamole. On a 1-10 scale:
Guacamole = 0
Cali burrito = 2
Tacos = 2
The guacamole was $6 for about 2 oz. It looked and tasted like they blend up avocados and water, no flavor The burrito was heavy on the beans, the asada was low grade fatty meat and also lacked flavor.

Small place in Orcutt. For my first time there I ordered some Birria Tacos, Asada and Pastor Tacos and Quesadilla. Seemed to be little pricey for what you get. The Birria was large chunks that were a bit tough along with the Asada, seems that they both could have been cooked a bit longer to get some tenderness. Pastor tacos were good along with the quesadilla. I will give it a little while and then try something else to see how it is.
