First time ever going, I was a bit nervous about going in but if I could rate this place 10 stars it would be a 10 for sure. Evelyn made this experience so wonderful, I felt so welcomed and excited to try it out. She provided such great service and made this expedite so memorable for me. She made my ice cream with so much joy and love it was 10/10 will for sure be going again!!!

Evelyn was wonderful and very welcoming, truly went above and beyond! she helped me decide on ordering the “Roast Malone” with a nite puff waffle. their ice cream is definitely the richest tasting and very beautifully decorated🍨 the marshmallow was a delicious touch! I just went to their Tempe location for their grand opening. The staff were all super nice!!! The ice cream was really good and I like how they make it right in front of you. Can’t wait to try more flavors!

Ok, this ice cream was pretty amazing. Fairly expensive, and ordering at a tablet with 2 employees just standing there is kind of annoying, but dang the ice cream was very very good. Each scoop made fresh with liquid nitrogen, and it's pretty fast. I was impressed.

Ever have a friend make a big deal hyping up a party you should go to, and then you get there and they charge an expensive cover to get in, and then you finally get in and the drinks aren't great and the vibe is grandma's church basement mixer? They have dry ice fog and club music but the lights are too bright and nobody is dancing. That's this place. Over hyped over priced and poorly executed. The weird no human interaction thing does not make it better btw. Can I just ask for a scoop on a cone please? Thank you, humanity.
