I just went to their Tempe location for their grand opening. The staff were all super nice!!! The ice cream was really good and I like how they make it right in front of you. Can’t wait to try more flavors!

Ok, this ice cream was pretty amazing. Fairly expensive, and ordering at a tablet with 2 employees just standing there is kind of annoying, but dang the ice cream was very very good. Each scoop made fresh with liquid nitrogen, and it's pretty fast. I was impressed.

Great spot, not many ice cream shops in town. Delicious and quick.

One of the coolest ice cream spots in Santa Maria. Staff was welcoming and the environment was chill.

The service is so bad :( The worker did not say a single word to us and opened the store late. She made it seem like we were bothering her by having her do her job.

Ever have a friend make a big deal hyping up a party you should go to, and then you get there and they charge an expensive cover to get in, and then you finally get in and the drinks aren't great and the vibe is grandma's church basement mixer? They have dry ice fog and club music but the lights are too bright and nobody is dancing. That's this place. Over hyped over priced and poorly executed. The weird no human interaction thing does not make it better btw. Can I just ask for a scoop on a cone please? Thank you, humanity.

Great ice cream joint, and lots of options. Waffle items are delicious.

Nite Creamery is an absolute gem in the world of ice cream parlors. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a cozy atmosphere and the delightful aroma of freshly made waffle cones. The staff is not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable, ready to guide you through their unique flavors and customization options. What sets Nite Creamery apart is their innovative approach to ice cream - using liquid nitrogen to create creamy, velvety textures right before your eyes. Each scoop is a masterpiece, bursting with intense flavors and made with high-quality ingredients.
Although nite creamery excels at lots of things the only major complaint is the seats are somewhat small and are sticky to sit making it uncomfortable to enjoy dinning in.

First, the ice cream is really good. There is minimal interaction with the staff. All fine. But who designed the seating / eating area. Best to order and go somewhere pleasant.

This is what I would call a neat concept. Poorly executed. The quality of the desserts was mediocre and honestly I think this place is way over-hyped. I went quite some time ago, but when I did go the service we got was terrible. The staff had spent an extraordinarily long time behind the counter, ignoring us and texting. Hopefully the staff they have now is better, but I'm unimpressed and there are better places to grab dessert so I will not be returning.

Parking: The parking lot in the immediate area is fairly small but never receives enough traffic to fill up completely.

Pay station defaults to a tip it’s misleading making you pay more(you have to go through the effort not to tip), they should pay their employees more and not have to rely on trickery. Ice cream is good
