First, the ice cream is really good. There is minimal interaction with the staff. All fine. But who designed the seating / eating area. Best to order and go somewhere pleasant.

This is what I would call a neat concept. Poorly executed. The quality of the desserts was mediocre and honestly I think this place is way over-hyped. I went quite some time ago, but when I did go the service we got was terrible. The staff had spent an extraordinarily long time behind the counter, ignoring us and texting. Hopefully the staff they have now is better, but I'm unimpressed and there are better places to grab dessert so I will not be returning.Parking: The parking lot in the immediate area is fairly small but never receives enough traffic to fill up completely.

Pay station defaults to a tip it’s misleading making you pay more(you have to go through the effort not to tip), they should pay their employees more and not have to rely on trickery. Ice cream is good

Excellent ice cream! I got the All niter and my girlfriend got the PB Nutella. Both of them were stellar!

Ambiance is chill. Enough seating for waiting. Always expect a long wait, even if there's not many people. Avg ~15 minutes for ice cream. The milk n gold is by far the best but they increased their prices and portions got so much smaller if that weren't the case they'd easily be a 4 or 5.

Ice cream was expensive and took a long time to make. Service was horrible. Our daughter is legally blind and would not have been able to order by herself. We were not greeted at all when we came in. Have never been there before. We didn't know we had to order our items on the kiosk. No one offered to help. Then the employees talked about mindless stuff while we were trying to figure it all out.

Do yourself a favor and stop by this joint for some delicious ice cream. The ice cream is flavorful, rich, delicious without relying on a million gimmicks like other ice cream establishments. The one star reviews are completely baseless and unfair. For contacts, I come from a number of cities where there is intense competition in the nitro ice cream space. You will not survive if your ice cream isn't up to par. I believe I got the ice cream with the pretzels and was blown away by how rich the flavor was. Also ignore the reviews that complain about the price. I think one of the challenges this establishment has is its location is in a city that's known for being... Budget conscious to put it politely. Santa Maria has kind of an island mentality and I really don't think people get out there that much. The prices here are fair for this type of product. If it's not much of an issue for you, you probably shouldn't be eating out and all. Go grab yourself a bucket of Dreyers ice cream at the grocery store instead. Nitro ice cream is much richer and creamier because it's frozen so quickly, it doesn't leave any time for little ice crystals to take up space in the ice cream. It is also made fresh. If only you guys could see the ingredients other ice cream establishment shove into their batters. A lot of it is preservatives, and tons of sugar to hide the flavor of the preservatives. Definitely will be back!

This ice cream is soooo good! Super creamy, soft, lots of flavor. Definitely coming here again. Little more on the pricier side but worth it.(Got 2 scoops, waffle cone C, Nutella with a toasted marshmallow on top)

The ice cream was good and service was quick. I had a hard time telling if the place was open when I pulled up. It is a self-service cashier process, which I didn't know about until I walked up. While the process was easy, not having a staff member out front or a clearly visible "open" sign almost made me walk away!

I will never go back, it was way over priced for the the 2 once of icecream we each got . I paid extra for almonds and sliced bananas. Let me just say I have never ever seen bananas sliced so thin you could see through them and they were old looking and brown . Like come on now ? ?. They also forgot to give me the almonds I paid for. I ordered the salted Caramel and man, they weren't kidding. All I could taste was salt. Did you guys even bother to add sugar or ice cream to this ?‍♀️.The kids working there should pay more attention to there work/job and less on gossiping back and forth with each other.Definitely don't recommend wasting your time or money here. You would be way better off going to Cold stone creamery or Rite aid. Save yourself the disappointment for realz.

Tried the thicc mint with nite cone and to my surprise the ice cream had little tiny leaf mints but the right amount that you aren't overwhelmed. Overall good. The only thing I would wish is if they wiped down the benches where people are sitting, it was sticky which is a turn off. I feel they should have a few seasonal flavors or relatable cream flavors to get more foot traffic.
