Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The service was really good. Gabe did an excellent job. Olive garden food is meh. Im not a fan of the way they do eggplant parm. Nothing tastes super fresh.

We come here often. Tonight was the worst service ever. Server took order. We had to wait 25 minutes to get the sangria that we ordered. In the mean time my wife ordered soup/salad and breadsticks. When the server brought the soup and salad never asked if she wanted cheese on it. She dropped it off and didn't come back to check on her to see if she needed more. We finally flagged server down to ask about the lasagna I ordered. Service said oh yeah I'll go check on that and see if it's ready. Mind you the restaurant was not busy if it was I would be more understanding. Once my lasagna came to the table she never stopped by I asked if we need a refills how the food was or anything. Man walking around talking to other tables never came by our table Because if she did I would've told her right then what was going on. Worst service I have ever had at Olive Garden. If the server was as worried about her tables as she was about flirting with the other staff she might've been able to get her job done. Other servers were walking around doing their job our server was either flirting or nowhere to be found.

Accidentally ordered for too long in the app so both called and talked to someone and they still made me wait the 1 1/2 for my one plate of food while other people came, sat, ate and left but they claimed they were “too busy” to get me my order. Unbelievable
Update: have now been waiting 2 hours in the parking lot still nothing

It's been a while since I visited an Olive Garden. I was not disappointed. Although the food is good it very predictable in how it will taste. That's not a bad thing, but it would be nice to see some new lighter dishes. I had the lite version of the Parmesan Chicken which was more than filling. The staff was very friendly and the manager stopped by to confirm the meal was going well. Overall a very good experience.
