Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. My apartment is far from here, so I can't visit often.

Loved my arroz paleta that was recommended by the staff. The employees spoke English and accepted credit cards so things have changed since prior reviews.

The estsblishment was dirty, the server had a really mean attitude and was not wearing gloves when serving and touching the products
