Terrible customer service I went there a few days ago and there was this bolish hair girl she was super rude first thing she said to greet us was "what do you want" I also her for a drink she gave me it and said "what else do you want" I ordered a chicharrón preparado and she added so much juice from idk what that the plate was dripping in wet stuff and I asked for a bag or something to not get my car wet and she got mad and said they don't have any meanwhile there was a couple in the back seemed like the owners maybe they were there and didn't even notice how bad their employe was nachos were also soggy I don't recommend this place ice cream is good but customer service is terrible!

An exemption to the other amazing locations. We were waiting in the cold night and all the employees taking out the trash. As if one of them couldn't unlock the door and attended us. We asked for a discount for the waiting only for one of the employees to say "If you don't want to wait, you can leave." So unprofessional of them. Mind you it was 7 of us and we offered help since the trash looked too heavy but they said no. The morning Shift and the good ice cream makes this 2-star and not 1.

Cheese was extremely cold and I've been here before but they have put on more cheese. The girl just roll her eyes and said that's all I have. Well In the first place your employees shouldn't be giving cold nacho cheese out cause being pregnant and eating that could be bad. Second of all do they not have a food handler card ?

It's not about the quality and taste of their products. It's about how bad I mean bad their customer service is . The people working at all Michoacana shops always look like they hate life . There are two types of people in this world 1) those who are there for the fun and 2) those who are their to get paid . These people don't care about customer service. Hate the customer service here
This place is great and I wish there were one in Goleta/SB. I've tried the paletas, ice cream, fruit salads, fresas con crema, and agua fresca. It's a great place to have fun and taste the creative paleta flavors. I love strawberries and cream and that paleta was delicious! I also had queso fresco ice cream and recommend trying the less ordinary flavors they have there They have light/fresh options, indulgent, decadent, warm, cold, sweet, and savory snack or dessert options so something for everyone!!

CASH ONLY! For those that are like me and never carry cash, you need this little bit of advice. Santa Maria never gets that hot (okay folks, I'm from Bakersfield, come see me in the Valley and then we'll talk hot!) but when it does get over 80 this is definitely the place to be. Linda MIchoacana is a hip happening spot when it's warm. There is every flavor you can think of. Think 31 flavors has a ton of flavors? Think again!! It's impossible to choose! Plus they give you samples.

This place is pretty good. Not the best I've had here in Santa María but it's still up there. It's so much better than store bought ice cream. I recommend asking to try flavors first before buying. Also don't forget to try everything else on their menu.

They've gotten to be a popular dessert spot in the neighborhood but their service n attitudes severely suck.... just about every time I take my nephew n niece here. My niece dropped her ice cream today, started crying, so I asked for a replacement and the lady wouldn't so I told her to throw it away n gimme another one, their call if they wanna charge. She didn't speak English n acted like she couldn't understand what the issue was. I went from friendly to pretty pissed n raised my voice at her. This a****** lady man, every single time it's her grumpy drawn up face acting like she doesn't care for our business. If this place isn't a short walk from my brother's house, I seriously wouldn't.
