For walking in so late, the food was great. Good efficient crew.
One of the worst locations ever! The food was ok, but the service was horrible. There’s an ignorant cook (or whatever he is) that comes from the back of the kitchen and starts hollering orders and talks bad about the customers right in front of them. He’s definitely not fit for this job and could really use an attitude adjustment. The short, Hispanic manager lady is no help either. She just stands there and doesn’t try to diffuse the situation whatsoever! Rafael is easily one of the biggest douches I’ve ever met. Then to make matters worse, they got our order wrong! Go to any other panda except this one.

Waited over 45 minutes for a very small order. By the time we got our food it was cold. Then we get home and eat only to find a bunch of hair in the rice itself? Save yourself the hassle.

Food was good, everything seemed freshly made. I rated 3 stars due to the service. The tea is also labeled sweet and had no sweetener in it. I got egg rolls with no sauce which I specifically ask for. You cannot hear them call your name over the music and talking within the restaurant. I mentioned this to the lady at the cash register that she needs to speak louder and it seemed like her and her co-worker handled the feedback I gave poorly. When my food got called I noticed that it was served for in restaurant when I asked for it to go and the egg roll sauce was there and then when i got home I noticed that it was not in the bag. Seemed to me like the server purposely withheld the sauce when I asked for my food to be placed into a to go bad. I’m a veteran and my hearing is not too great, on top of that the background noise did not help, but regardless they should be speaking loud enough for every customer to hear.
