New Pizza Hut in Hope Arkansas SUCKS ! I ordered online to get a pizza that was not appetizing at all. It was dry looked thrown together and I want a refund or credit added to my account. I’m currently on the phone as I write this review and it’s been over an hour just to speak to a manager. The workers there are slow and confused, after I get my refund I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again I’ll go back to ordering from Little Caesar’s.

Service and food were all great, I must mention tho that we asked for plates, napkins and red pepper and Parmesan packets and were told that because they are no longer dine in that they don’t offer any of those. We asked for disposable paper plates and napkins. Cost cuts everywhere I suppose.

I ordered a personal pan with cupped pepperoni, pork sausage, and garlic Parmesan sauce instead of reg sauce and the pizza was amazing. So was the wings, breadsticks, and pepperroni ranch!

The pizza was okay tasting, but it could have cooked longer. It was a little bit wet in the middle. Lots of crust. I've definitely had better pizzas from this location.

This place is garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. They never get my order right and when I call to let them know I always wait for a long time and when i finally get some help I get transferred to some call center in India. You got better luck going to little caesars.

Just ordered a stuffed crust pizza an an PC wing of garlic parmesan and of honey bbq and they are super wack. There's no sauce on the garlic wings just a bit of juice on the bottoms. The bbq wings look like they just drizzled it on top not bothering to get the other wings. Definitely don't recommend getting "wings" from here

Ordered from hotel for delivery. They shorted me items on the order and it took an hour to get it despite them telling me via the app that it would be 20 minutes. Pizza was horrible. Hotel manager told me not to order from that Pizza Hut, but I did it anyway. I thought “Ho could they possibly mess up a pepperoni pizza?” They did.
Just go somewhere else.

I ordered the meatlovers pizza. The prep to finished food is usually fifteen to twenty minutes. That's when you get the hot and yummy pizza. Great job!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Never again. Ordered my boys a cheese pizza, half the pizza was burnt. Ordered the New Yorker for my husband, and it had a whole POOL of grease on the top. The crust was stretched out so far, there was NO CRUST under it. So thin some pieces had holes!! You could see the cardboard through a piece. Took a bite and it was like eating goop. Made me vomit. Biggest waste of money. And to top it off, we ordered online so we could just pick it up. They said ready in 15 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to get from our house to this pizza hut. We get there and are told it wasn't ready because they were STILL working on the New Yorker! So we pulled around and parked and waited. Waited an extra 20 minutes. Just to get shitty pizzas. I warn anyone and everyone not to go. That place needs to just shut down.
Parking: They have a small parking lot, but all the employees were parked in the front 4 spots that customers should be able to park in. 2 of those spots being handicap.
