Red Lobster doesn't disappoint. Seafood is outstanding and the value equally outstanding. Throughly enjoyed the entire experience.
I've been to this red lobster several times. I usually enjoy the seafood, but I've ordered filet mignon twice in the past year or so, and they brought me out a sirloin. Very tough and butchered in the shape of a filet, but clearly not a filet. I am very dissatisfied with it. The manager would not even look me in the eye and even blew right by my table to check on other customers. Good waitress, though.

I really hate having to compile an update to a good review. I was here again last Friday at approximately 2:00 pm. I was returning to Los Angeles from San Francisco. When I arrived, the restaurant was not busy. There were three occupied tables in the section I was seated with one table leaving as I was being seated. It took nearly ten minutes for the server to get to my table. At that time, the second table left, leaving one other table.
Throughout the dining, the service was terribly slow considering there were only two occupied tables in the entire restaurant (including my table).
Following some very slow service and being the only customer for the last ten minutes, it took forever for the server to bring me the check. The server was standing approximately ten feet away talking with another employee; I believe the host. They were complaining about their issues with work, etc. What gets to me is they were standing in front of my table a few feet away and the server failed to stop talking and bring me the check.
I finally had enough of listening to them talking after ten minutes and bluntly/loudly told her to bring me the check. It is so disgusting how horrible service is today.

I don't recall my server's name. She provided excellent service. I was here late in the evening a few weeks ago when returning to L.A. from S.F. I had a long day dealing with two cases in the Bay Area and driving back to L.A. The food was good and service was excellent. I had the two grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes and a side of asparagus. I guess this will be the Red Lobster I go to when I'm craving it.

Red Lobster is kind of the PF Chang's of seafood. Consistent, affordable, and accessible. The emphasis on lobster and shrimp is obvious, but also a bit disappointing for those who have become accustomed to a wider selection. We were also informed that they were discontinuing hush puppies and their savory butter. Portions are sensible, the sides are well done, and the wine menu is appropriate. Good value for money.

There were four of us celebrating my dad's 92nd birthday. The food was delicious. They even sang to my dad and gave him an ice cream sundae to enjoy; he does love ice cream!
Was a little unorganized with reservations on 2/14. Overall it was ok. The whole experience lasted 2hrs and 35 min. It took forever to get our food. No silverware. Had to ask a couple of times for them. I know it was Valentine's Day so they should have been more prepared for the crowd.
We had a reservation and were led to our table only 7 minutes after our time. Pretty good considering how busy the restaurant was. Wait staff was excellent. Baked potato was a little undercooked, but everything else was great. Excellent value, considerably less expensive than recent lunches at other restaurants.
Food quality was awful, service was very bad and restaurant itself was dirty. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! When we asked for more sauce for dry pasta for three shrimp Alfredo dish’s, they came out with one tiny dipping tray which we would have to share and waitress said the manager would not allow more sauce. She said if we wanted more sauce then that we would be charged. They shouldn’t offer products in a menu if they bring comes out is different. False advertising. What they brought out tasted bad. Do not go.

More people here on a Sunday afternoon (and celebrating birthday) than I'm used to seeing. Table chairs uncomfortable, but option when a member of your party can't comfortably sit in a booth (tabletop affixed to wall/not adjustable). The food appearance very appealing, but some was overcooked or overly spicy, so didn't sit well with some members at our table at this visit.

Horrible. The servers were arguing amongst each other. The main person at the front or manager named Oliva I believe clearly was high on some form of stimulate. Our whole order came out wrong. This place wasn't even busy. There was maybe 4 tables with customers when I went. I don't understand why we had to wait 45 mins before we were seated, and over an hour for our food to come out and our order was wrong. Don't waste your money coming here. You'll be very disappointed. Zero ?
