Did not even sit down. The hostess was unpleasant and rude. .

Bathroom was filthy!!! Glasses were very dirty, we were there 12/2025 must have a new manager because the place has gone downhill since the last time ( about 3 months) we were there. Just horrible!

This customer service was terrible. We were there waiting for an hour for our food and when we got out food it was not even hot. We also ordered fries for the table and didn’t get them till we finished our food. Then I told the waiter about our check and he rolled his eyes. And also other people were severed before us when we were there before them. It was the afternoon in the middle of the week. This was terrible service

I recommend passing on the zucchini. 10.99. Over priced and not that great a value or taste.

Found Red Robin in Santa Maria! 🍔🧅🍟 Haven't been in a while. Ordered the Onion Ring Stack, 2 Royals with Sweet Potatoes, and bottomless fries. Royals weren't as good, sweet potatoes were okay. Disappointed and couldn't finish my burger. Only the onion rings were good. Dinner was $75. Expensive and the burger patty lacked flavor. The food was okay, the only thing that was upsetting was that we asked for more fries and we never received them. You know when you order any kind of burger you get fries but literally only give you 7 fries that's nothing, so of course I asked for more since it's unlimited. We never received them. We were there an hour, manager came by and said is everything good, I told him about the fries and he apologized and offered to get them but it was pointless at that point we were done with our food.

The server Amanda is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for us and her customers. She knows exactly what she's doing in this business and it shows! Red robin is lucky to have her working there she gives a next level of service thank again.

Great place to stop for lunch while traveling. Great food and service with lots of gluten free options like burgers and fries. My last burger came out being labeled gluten free with the purple marker. In speaking with the waiter I learned that gluten free allergy burgers are prepared using a purple kit with a separate preparation surface to prevent cross contamination. The purple marker indicates this kit was used.
