Kids can be kids here. It's loud, it's fun, and they are exhausted when done. Big kids and smaller ones play well together because of the excellent staff supervision. The bathroom is very clean, and the snack bar has a small selection of reasonably priced food. Check out the amazing special they have right now for 30, 60, and 90 day passes. Totally worth it!!

Came here on 2/11/2021 had to stand in line outside the for 24 minutes and I had to live without shopping and their was only one customer inside crazy. I went to Calvin Klein instead

Wetzel's Pretzels: Decided to grab some Wetzel Bitz and cheddar cheese on my way out and.... Seriously, $8 for some very sponge like pretzel bitz and clumpy cheddar cheese!?!? So Sad that The COOKIE COOKERY is gone. ? All I remember is starting from a young age, we never went to the mall without getting a bag of cookies from The COOKIE COOKERY every time.
Highly reccomend this place. Food is great and flavorful and ton of options that you don't always see in our area. Great coffee and desserts - the bachlava is clearly homemade and amazing! Staff are super friendly.

Walked by this place a few weeks ago and it smelled really good and wanted to try it, but we had just eaten lunch and were full. We came back today excited to try the food. When inside absolutely nobody inside were eating or at the counter. We looked over the menu and waited for about 15 minutes with absolutely no one coming out to check on the restaurant or customers. We walked down to the food court, walked around, and then walked back about 5 to 10 minutes later and still nobody manning the place. Would have loved to try and be able to say the food was great, but unfortunately, there was no service and will most likely be the last time we give it a shot.

Nice familyy but I honestly will not be back. Probably have been well over a dozen times and just many issues. Not just with food. Prices going up was the last straw for me. They have now made the prices go up twice already since they opened only within the last few months. Not a good sign.. first time the prices went up they were actually listed. This last time they were not. If you have prices that are incorrect on a huge board or menu you need to honor them...not say oh we change it later. I have had now twice where they ran out of change to give me back.....literally didn't have coins to give back,so use your atm or credit card lol. Had where they did not have salad but let me order a salad because of the recall. Oh and they use to charge a service fee as well till recently they were told they couldn't any longer, probably why they prices went up. I didn't notice that till after a few times of my receipt going to e mail or not getting one. Hopefully they can get some tips on how to run a restaurant. I definitely have tried to give them many chances and support a local business in the mall. I wish them the best.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. And when I first walked in I could easily look past the half hearted interior, the kids screaming/running around behind the counter, and giving me diet Coke instead of the Dr. Pepper I asked for. But what made me give the one star was the lack of effort in the food. Got the #2 Combo, and it was the equivalent of 3 lunchable bites. For around $6 I was expecting quality in a small package. Plus, I thought it included beans and rice. When asked about it the man behind the counter told me that was extra. The handwritten menu is very misleading. Might be a nice family business, but will definitely not return.
