The people who work here are so rude. She was like rushing us as we were ordering in drive-through. As we were ordering more drinks, she also walked away. They deserve to be fired immediately

11.6.25 My theory is the lobby was intentionally made much more colder to keep customers from lounging. As I go there to study for long periods of time, unfortunately, the only thing I was able to focus on was the coldness I felt throughout my whole body. Mind you, I was wearing soft leggings under my jeans and a soft hoodie. Not sure if i can depend on this location to keep me comfortable enough to focus on my work.

This Starbucks is conveniently located by the freeway on and off ramp and has a drive through. Plus, the nice thing about Starby's is that the menu is essentially the same everywhere. So my matcha is a decent matcha regardless. Cons - It's a pain to get into this parking lot, and there's not much parking. Even with ordering ahead on the app there was a 10 minute wait, but it was a super busy time of day, so that may not be standard. Overall a good experience but I'll probably aim for a different location if it's around 5pm.

I ordered A caramel frappe Grande size w extra caramel drizzle and this is what I got They asked multiple times what size ? Also I say Put it under Bella TF! Educate this people when don’t know exactly what to type instead ask to spell the name For them also I’m sure that’s not how they normally do extra drizzle! Very Disappointed

The guy that served me was SO rude and he got my sandwich wrong didn't put any cherry chunks in my cherry chai I came in Friday march 7 at4:06 I'm very disappointed 😔

Great Starbucks location and very nice staff!! This was our first time visiting. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. You get there through the Chevy parking lot. Once we got that figured out, everything was great!! Enjoy your coffee!!
