Never coming back here, service is horrible. I waited over 20 mins in the drive through line with only 2 cars in front of me both times I’ve come. When I pulled up to the window I could see my drink sitting, ready however still waited another 5 minutes waiting for someone to meet me at the window meanwhile I could also see the employees on their phones with customers waiting in line inside as well.

Order was wrong . I asked a simple question about the new cold foam while Luke younger guy with curly hair was being condescending smiling and talking to me like I was dumb. Turns out my order wasn't right and was charged more than I should of had.

I’d love to give them a good review but I really can’t. I love the pink drink and I’ll always get that but I know how it’s supposed to taste and the way they make it everytime isn’t how it’s supposed to taste it taste so like watered down and more like milk than sweet… I feel as though maybe someone trained them wrong on how to make it because it’s everytime I go there it taste the same.. I always get the pink drink so I know how it’s supposed to taste and that just ain’t it. I hope you can retrain your people to make it better because you will start to lose business over this.

They take their sweet time with orders. Every other Starbucks doesn't take nearly the time they take. It's like a Popeyes at 9pm where they only have one worker and a line. But the difference is they have a good amount of workers. There was 8 cars in front of me and I sat in the line easily 40 minutes. This isn't a one time thing. It happens every time I come. And I have no choice but to come to this one cause it's the closest one to me
