I do not like that you have to ask a barista to open the bathroom. I know it is for customers only. Can we have some kind of free peeing for Starbucks premium customers. Sometimes I just need to pee and not buy another coffee. I don’t mind paying for peeing in a clean bathroom.

Pretty awesome place. Barista working the drive through gave us a drink which was made accidentally by the others. She offered it to us as a sample while they made ours. Thank you Brista lady, we love the sample and will put the “Gingerbread Chi” on our list. Awesome place all around.

This location is good but the only thing that needs to improve is efficiency. This location has a reputation of taking way too long for orders/coffee to be ready. Never go through drive through. It’s the worst! Unless you’re willing to sit and wait for a long time in your car. Even if the line is short, doesn’t matter.

I stopped by Starbucks in Santa Maria and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely in a good mood — and it instantly lifted mine too. My coffee was perfect, made with care, and the whole visit left me feeling energized and happy. Great store, great team, great vibe.

So gross , my friend door dashed me a matcha and it was great u til I was getting to the end of my drink , I sipped it and felt something in my mouth and I thought it might’ve been a chunk of matcha , nope it was a dead fly. That is so disgusting I will never get Starbucks again, I’m terrified of bugs and have no idea how that even got there 🤢

I use to enjoy coming to this Starbucks but lately they’ve been closing down the lobby earlier than their scheduled hours and allowing in store pickups thru mobile pick up. It’s happened a couple of times now where I have to get in the drive thru line even though it says my drink it ready and there will be like 5 cars in front of me that I now have to wait for. Stop the mobile pickup option at this location if you can’t accommodate.

I've always had such an excellent experience at this Starbucks! This morning a barista made my mobile order and then made sure with me that it had enough ice and milk to top it off. I was prepared mentally already to ask for more milk so it was so nice this person asked.

The day before my drive thru drink was a bit bitter, and so I went back in and they were so so nice about it, making me a brand new one and going out of their way to make sure everything was good.

A few days prior I was bringing my grams in to use the bathroom. I was telling her to get a head start to the bathroom while I go grab the code--the barista was already walking to the door to let her into the bathroom! Such a sweet gesture!

I've noticed the workers here communicate so well and really care about eachother. I often see them working happily and productively. When I come in, I'm acknowledged and treated like a human. I know that's what the service industry is, but believe me, not every Starbucks is as clean and thoughtful as this one!

They took about an hour and a half to make only three grande drinks that we ordered. Three simple caramel fraps. However, instead they gave us two extra Venti ones (probably from people who just grew fed up and left their drinks) and after another thirty minutes they handed out one of the drinks we ordered. It was honestly disappointing with how long they were taking to make our drinks, mostly because we have gone to this Starbucks before. Maybe because some of the employees looked new?
