There was no line, i ordered in drive thru. The lid isn't fully on my cup when handed to me .I got absolutely no flavor in my drink. Horrible.

I absolutely love this location I’ve never had problems with my drinks and the staff is always super friendly! I couldn’t find my car keys after placing a mobile order and Ruby remade my drink even though I got there a few hours later thank you so much!

Unreal...i waited one hour. I asked some girl with blue hair to help me and she went to the back and never came back, then she came back after one hour laughing about some guy crush. Didnt help at all and was making all her coworkers do the work????? Not very nice environment for workers or customers

They do this every time. If hot water is what you want, this is the place, not always, sometimes its luke warm at best. It never has the taste of what I order... you guys are embarrassing to the rest of the franchise. How are you allowed to function still? It's clear the manager is clueless as to how to make sure drinks are properly made, and the owner can care less on how this place operates. This has been going on for years, but my wife every so often gives them another chance in hopes they got their act together only to bring hot water home. I see all the bad reviews and wonder DOES ANYONE READ THE REVIEWS AND DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS OR YALL JUST DONT GIVE A DAMN????????? P.s. in order to write a review I had to give one star but in all honesty you are negative 5 stars in my book.

Almost every time I go here my drink is different even though I order the same thing. The inconsistency in the drinks at this Starbucks is horrible. When I ask them to remake it it is the same and they always have an attitude.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but this experience was the worst. After thirty minutes of waiting for my mobile order I was ready to leave. I asked three people and they kept telling me the haven't got to it yet. All the customers that ordered in person after I had placed my order, all got their items. There's no clear system on how to balance the drive thru, cashier and mobiles. To add insult, my order was done a long time ago. They just were too busy to check for me so now I got a cold breakfast item.
