I am giving this place 2 stars because the lines are long and there is only one person working, and they are pretty slow, but some employees are nice. They should work faster though.

Every time you order a chai tea latte, they give you Cinnamon. Politely said I don't order that drink and the Barista was a bit rude. This has happened 3 times. Just specify!
