I was " helped " today by a girl named Nat . She has horrible customer service from beginning to end . Claimed to feel uncomfortable because we looked at her while she handed us our drinks . Was rude to upper management as well & to top it off took a picture of my license plate as I drove away . Luckily I saw her doing it & went back to ask why she did it . Claimed it was for her safety . However not even upper management knew why she would take a picture to begin with . She blamed her bad attitude on the fact it was a long day . Surprised to see someone with such a bad work ethic working at Starbucks .

Yesterday morning while in line, I witnessed a not so kind manager Angela Scalise brushed by me to confront two customers in a hostile manner. These two customers were having a conversation. It was uncomfortable watching Angela singling out one customer over the other to the point even the baristas appeared startled and uneasy. I thought to myself this was not the way to treat customers so I just walked out without orderimg anything. Would not recommend.

Went there to get the brand new limited edition cups, was in line since 6am once they opened there were only 6 or 8 cups only I went to other stores to ask and I was told that the y come in boxes of 20, I wonder where the rest of the cups ended.

I went to this starbucks today and ordered a venti iced white mocha with 2 pumps of toffee nut and DID NOT ORDER IT WITH WHIPPED CREAM BUT THEY GAVE IT TO ME ANYWAYS AND THEY DID NOT ASK! And i've heard that if you don't ask for whipped cream they shouldn't give it to you.. just me. Also in my preference iced drinks should not have whipped cream on them unless it's a crapichino.
