Staff is always so friendly! But the drive thru lane is always way too backed up, parking to walk in isn't much better because the backed up drive thru blocks the parking spots.

I have no idea how it took 20 minutes for two drinks when it was the only order in the place. On top of that the drinks were layered because apparently they forgot stirring is a thing.

I have many, many complaints about this particular issue and Starbucks. I only post the crazy bad ones. Please tell me how this is 2 EXTRA scoops of strawberry, which I paid EXTRA for. No, it isn't a mistake where they added boba instead. I paid for that, too. This drink was almost $10. There's no excuse to be cheap. It's BS.

I always order drinks from here and the service is really fast i work 12 hours every-time i order from here so coffee is really what i got to go through my day but i had been ordering matcha grande no ice and always gotten half drink half foam, always. Its just very disappointing. I had to order tall matcha again but the same thing half drink half foam and its almost $6 for the tall.

Went to pick up my Mobile order. Couldn’t find it waited another 10 minutes for them to look for it and had to pull up My information time & place I ordered it. Rock science goin over there, idk.. had to re make my coffee 2x after all that..

I was harassed to buy any product from this starbucks. What appeared to be like the eldest staff member in the store approached me twice in a 30-minute span claiming that Starbucks had changed their policy and now all visitors to the store must purchase an item from the store if they are to stay in-store. She claimed some arbitrary number of minutes i was in the store. I’m not from around here. I would have gone to a coffee bean & tea leaf but they don’t have any in the area.

This woman gave me grief at 5 am. Gone are the days where employees do their job, smile, and clean. Now they're the purchase police. So i paid my 5 dollars for the smallest cup of coffee as if Starbucks isn’t over valuing the coffee, as if theyre not making billions in profit, as if theyre not robbing the government of sales tax among other things. I’m never coming here again. How obnoxious. Using a clown green gown to gain positional power and demand someone else’s money is just a mild form cope from someone who’s incompetence is only superseded by their rude demeanor.
