I have not been to this location in two years

Two weeks ago, I decided to revisit and to my surprise this Starbucks has come full circle.

The customer service is finally back to being on par with how it should be…which is EXCELLENT!!!!

It’s nice to see the employees being upheld to higher standards by Logan, who demonstrates extraordinary leadership skills.

Jules, Logan, Aleena, & Analyse….You all ROCK!!!!!!
From start to finish, the four of you are wonderful to interact with when starting my mornings.

It was also a very pleasant surprise to see the Store Manager, Tanya out and about in the cafe speaking to regular guests….this created a warm & welcoming atmosphere.

These are the reasons for repeat customers and visits.

I highly recommend this location!

they remade my drink 3 times each time it tasted like garbage. it’s not even that difficult of a drink. the dude that took my order is weird and fake and unpleasant and the girls working their butts off making gross drinks aren’t any better. had to get my drink refunded. i hate this location

The heavyset lady that was at the register right now was very rude I asked when the package would be ready and she said she was going to pack it and she fell to and when I asked another person she snapped at me she needs to be retro banded

Third time in this week picking up as a dasher, today was horrific. You guys prefer to get the orders ready for the incoming customers instead of working on the doordash order, unacceptable wait time.

Staff is always so friendly! But the drive thru lane is always way too backed up, parking to walk in isn't much better because the backed up drive thru blocks the parking spots.

I have no idea how it took 20 minutes for two drinks when it was the only order in the place. On top of that the drinks were layered because apparently they forgot stirring is a thing.

I have many, many complaints about this particular issue and Starbucks. I only post the crazy bad ones. Please tell me how this is 2 EXTRA scoops of strawberry, which I paid EXTRA for. No, it isn't a mistake where they added boba instead. I paid for that, too. This drink was almost $10. There's no excuse to be cheap. It's BS.
