Bad experience from the employee, this person had us waited 5 minutes to be helped, gave me us awful drinks and it tasked like the milk was spoild and poundcakes were hard , when I asked her nicely, If I can have a fresh one instedad, she made me an ugly face and threw it at me and landed at the counter, without having it packed in the little brown bag. I told her that there is no need to do that, that was rude” she smiled instead, she never apologized or said anything. I told her about the drinks were spoild but she ignored us , I kept telling her that I wanted a refund, but she just kept smiling, she was the only one working there, we never get a refund back, I am very disappointed at this location, beacuse I never paid to be disrespected by this employee, I spend my money just to be treated like that! I hope the manager can do something about it.. here is a pic of this rude employee, be aware of her.. whatever she is going through, no one deserves to be treated with disrespect..Hoping she can find love and peace in her heart, Me and my family will prey for her.

I gave a very low mark for the atmosphere. The seating is so uncomfortable. They have one thin longish padded bench with a wood back. All their chairs are all wood. They don't have any comfortable upholstered chairs or couches. I have been in many Starbucks with much more comfortable seating. It is not condusive to enjoying coffee with a friend.
