Came in here for lunch with my daughter and her husband ordered 2 footlongs and a 6 inch and 2 cups of soup I got 1 footlong and 2 6 inches told them there was 2 footlongs my son in law said just leave it a 6 inch. The guy who made the sandwiches wasn't wearing an apron he didn't change his gloves after making someone else's sandwiches. Asked for crackers for are soup and had none. They asked if we needed one or two spoons I told them 2 and they only had 1 spoon. We spent a little over $40. Had to go to the store to buy spoons and crackers. It's a rainy day and we are eating in the car. When we walked in they were not busy they didn't welcome us in like they are supposed to.

This is the second time that happens to me at these service or employments. On October 26th, 2024, the first one is I was order from the Subway app for a In-Store Pickup, then I was at the Subway restaurant, my sandwich isn’t there and I was waited around at 1:47 PM, then I told the employee about my sandwich and they said “I forgot”, really? Then on November 23, 2024, I was telling the employee to add mayonnaise on my sandwich, then all of a sudden, it was added on mustard on my sandwich! I never ask to put mustard on my sandwich! I’ll never coming back until these employers leave.

Standing in line and hearing the loud, annoying beeping. This is mild torture. I am sure that the workers go home and hear this in there sleep like sponge bob and the squeaks. I hope the manager removes this sound or lowers the sound. Only one person working in the afternoon? Where's the Manager at? Leadership man or woman I don't know I have never met them. Get more people here. Everytime I come in there is one person working trying to keep all the customers happy. They should not have to have the complete weight of the job on them. I hope your compensating them for doing the work of two people if not get the manager in here to work the off times.

They were nice enough, but when I went they were out of a lot of the toppings that I wanted and it just kind of took the joy of the sandwich out of it for me.

used the online app. to order which would not allow me to click on the "I am here" even though I was within the 5 min. of the order ready time. I ended up having to walk in and my order was sitting on the online order shelf. Maybe staff needed to update online app. to indicate food was ready.

There is one Subway that is open 24 hours in Santa Maria. People working in the night will truly appreciate having a healthy food place to go.
