used the online app. to order which would not allow me to click on the "I am here" even though I was within the 5 min. of the order ready time. I ended up having to walk in and my order was sitting on the online order shelf. Maybe staff needed to update online app. to indicate food was ready.

The sandwiches are standard Subway fare but the driving bass pounding through the walls from the Gym next door is slightly less annoying than the vibrations of the weights constantly being slammed to the ground as you are failing to have some form of peaceful environment to enjoy a sandwich during lunch. The gym has zero consideration for their neighboring businesses or your lunch time. If you are cool with that... have a great meal.

I eat subway a lot even on road trips as a quick easy pit stop for my family. The subway on s Broadway in Santa Maria was next door when my 4yr old had an emergency and needed to use a restroom. It wasn't lunch time yet and I knew and expressed that I was asking for a big favor for my son to use their restroom and the horrible cold hearted girl at the register said "we reallly aren't supposed to let non customers use our restroom" with a rude judgement attitude. What a horrible human being. Hv a little human kindness for god sakesI will never ever ever eat another subway sandwich!!! What a terrible awful inhumane, business and girl! I hope karma finds her!!!! Never going to another subway again

Who the F*** in their right state of mind would waste their money at a place whose employees can't even f****** greet you when you come in? (Obviously my d*** a*** Anyway, correct me if I'm wrong, but that's just the bare minimum of customer service and they can't even do that. Me and my grandmother went there around 11 this morning and we stood at the counter for 5 f****** minutes before someone acknowledged our presence. Mind you, we were the only people there, and literally two girls were behind the counter talking to each other. Not a f****** "hello", not even a "we'll get to you in a second". Finally, one of the girls asks us what we want, she seemed almost annoyed at our presence. Like wtf did we do to you? We're giving you our f****** money, being polite with your bitchy broke asses and you still can't show us simple respect? Never EVER coming here and wasting my money like that again, keep your grumpy a*** "I didn't wanna work today" attitude to yourselves or stay the f*** at home.

Man this place sucks. There are plenty of subways in Santa Maria, CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE. The short blonde girl that works there is the absolute worst. If you see her working, make sure you ask another employee to make your food.
