The lady at the window suspiciously told me to back up when I was at the window at the drive thru , told me to wait behind the yellow pole till my foods done , was super impatient on the mic , felt hurrassed to hurry up and order , also was coughing all over my food and drinks , so I ended up just giving it to homeless , since I don't wanna get sick .

Terrible, had cash can’t use the ordering machine, lady said her register was broken so I said I’ll leave, she asked me to wait a few moments, she took care of all the cars that drive in after I got there so 20 min later she took my order. My fault I should have left when she said wait a moment! Burrito had a teaspoon of beans in it😡

They keep asking to back up to the yellow pole and there is cars in the back and when I got my food it looks like they just throw it in the bag I order 14 tacos and 2 Mexican pizza and 4 nachos and I got 6 salsas for all that

Usually I'm a patient person especially during lunch hour rush. I scheduled a mobile pickup for 11:40am (to try to beat the majority of lunch rush) and when I got there at 11:45am, I saw only 2 employees working. I was like okay fine, I'll wait since it's just two of them. Then my app said my order was finished at 11:51am but no one came to the counter with my food. At this point alot of customers had entered the store and all waiting in line to get their orders taken. I had to wait in line to ask where my food was and she said it was at the drive thru window and had been ready for awhile. Mind you, at this point it's 12:05pm. I said I specifically did an in-store pickup so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru lane to pick it up. She said "well, have a good day" and just gave me the bag. Get to back to my work and they didn't even complete my order! Ughh never again.
The restroom almost made me lose my whole lunch. Altho very tidy, with hot water & soap available, the HORRID STENCH was SCARY & MUCH more than ANYONE should have to endure - a blend of DEATH & SEWAGE. It made me think the whole place was crawling in BACTERIA !
