Am never coming here again.First I order online and had to wait 1 hour and another person came in and ordered and they got there food first.Then when we get our food it's all wrong there was missing items. Then we ask if this food is ours they ignore us.

Won’t be back! We were walk-in customers. No one acknowledged us waiting at the counter. Two parties that arrived after us knew the drill and went straight to the kiosks to place their order. Would be helpful to have a sign at the counter stating that all orders must be made at the kiosk or online, if that’s what is required.
Ordered from the kiosk but the option to add green sauce was not available. Food was as expected, but the cup for ice tea was not provided. Needed to ask for that. Also asked for mild taco sauce and was advised that they had none. Only options were Diablo and Fire sauce.
Given what PepsiCo is doing with Taco Bell, if I were to return to this place I’d expect that I would need to prepare my own meal ?

It was quiet when we went there. There were not too many people and we ordered from the online menu. Our food was ready on time and it was exactly what we ordered. The staff was pleasant, kind and courteous. They in dining room was very clean and neat. Restrooms were clean and neat. Nice place to go for an afternoon meal if you like fast food.
