Taco Ranchero is an absolute must-have when in the Central Coast area! I live out of town but will go out of my way every trip to stop for an amazing food experience. All of the food is always delicious. You can never go wrong with the enchiladas, carne asada, torta (anything really). You can taste how fresh and authentic each dish is & there are plenty of options for families (& picky eaters, like my little one)

Excellent for Vegans desiring Mexican food. They have whole beans! I fixed up their vegetarian burrito by specifying no cheese or sour cream, and adding grilled veggies. Spectacular! Also, it's right next to the Children's Discovery Museum. I loved this place

Great food and great service! I'm vegan and have a hard time finding good places that have vegan options. Taco Ranchero did not disappoint. I got the spinach enchiladas with guac and red sauce, no cheese,and all whole beans,no rice. It was all delicious! The chips and salsa were also very good! My only thing I didn't love was the guacamole. It was tasty but was missing something. I think they make it on the blander side so all can enjoy. All in all great place and can't...
