I got the patty melt and the Parmesan garlic fries. I wanted to get their patty melt and try it before they are gone because it’s a limited time only. I got the order to go. When I got into the car, I opened it up just to look to see how it looked and I could see that the sandwich was small. The bread was grilled, but it was already kind of soggy. The french fries were meh, a little sprinkling of Parmesan and they did give a little container of garlic sauce, but the fries were not even hot by the time I got to the car, they were sad.By the time I got home 15 minutes later, I could see this was not a great patty melt because we’ve eaten there before I expected a lot better. The meat was dry. I had to put the sandwich in the air fryer to crisp up the bread a little bit not a lot of flavor for me for the patty melt it was a fail. it was $14 for the meal, and it was forgettable. Service is always excellent!!

The Habit used to be my favorite place! Today, I had the bacon burger meal. The hamburger was so dry that it was unedible. The bread was burnt as it was toasted, and the fries were cold. Unfortunately, I don't think I will return. King Falafel or Charlie's is a much better please for a delicious, juicy hamburger.

Came here on a Sunday night around 6pm and it was actually pretty busy. The girls at the counter were nice and our order was to go. We got a BBQ bacon burger, a double charburger, an impossible burger, a grilled chicken sandwich, tempura green beans, and fries. Everyone liked the food, no complaints.

The food is always hot & fresh. Special Order burgers always come as ordered. My favorite is the BBQ Bacon Burger with extra bbq sauce. My order BBQ Bacon Burger double, no lettuce, no tomato bbq sauce on both buns. Sometimes I eat is as on the menu, it truly is awesome both ways. Chocolate shake is always super thick, rich and chocolatey

I called in a 6 min. phone order. I arrived 12 min later and they didn’t have my order. I had to reorder and wait around 15 min. I had a specific hamburger order as my daughter is allergic. I asked them when they packed the bag if they had the specific hamburger and they assured me they did. I get home and they have made two hamburgers with everything on it so my daughter cannot eat her hamburger dinner. I asked for four honey mustards and they threw in four ranch dressings which we don’t eat. I called them back to complain to them and they said if I wasn’t satisfied I could go online and write my grievances. So now I have. I will not choose this establishment to eat again.

I ordered the teriyaki char burger and it was delicious. Our group also ordered the lettuce wrap as a heart-healthy option, as well as the plain char burger and fries.

After avoiding The Habit for a year due to poor quality, I gave in and went again. That was a mistake. The burgers I brought home ranged from barely edible to inedible. It's hard to imagine how the buns could be charred black with 5 people working the cooking area. If that wasn't bad enough, the patties were so overcooked that they could serve as drink coasters. The milkshakes were good and the fries were good but those don't make a meal. Two stars for those items and the young lady at the register-she was doing a terrific job
