The food is good but just like the other reviews, the wait times are really long. That's fine, easy enough to plan around that. The big deterrent for me is how poor the overall staff is. Some employees are decent but they make themselves scarce when the rotten apples are doing their thing. Seems like it's probably a toxic work environment.

Good flavors but app never works and the phone is always busy. The times I have ordered it's always and hour plus wait . Knew someone who once worked there and they said wings don't take that long to make and he was amazed on how slow it now is.

Here is an example why this location is the most backwards business I've ever been to that cares nothing about their customers. I try to order on the app but it doesn't let me, it tells me to call the store. I call the store they say the wait is an hour. I begin order when the employee stops me. She says I can't order online or the phone I have to come to the store. I say ok but if I do the wait will be a reasonable 15 minutes. She says no, an hour. So I ask why can't I order over the phone and come in an hour. She says it's the "manager's rules". I ask to speak with the manager, employee says only the shift leader is there and they'll just tell me the same thing. So to be clear I ask the only way to order is to come to the store and wait an hour? Employee says yes thats the policy. This makes 0 sense during covid. You want all these people huddled up in the store? Or you want them waiting outside in the cold freezing weather? Big middle finger to the customer. I shouldn't be surprised though. This location has been awful for years but it's the only place in town for wings. They need new management or new owners. Hopefully a decent wing business ran by someone with a brain will open in the future so no one has to ever visit this joke of a business ever again. Happy Holidays.

After getting the lousiest service you can get in Santa Maria, (Not exaggerating), my family and I decided not to go back ever again. Especially because Buffalo Wild Wings is just across the street and gives better service better food and way less wait time. Wingstop lost all out business and I think they are going to lose a lot more if they don't do something about their management and workers. (Not all some of them are friendly) . They flat out stop taking orders , do not offer money back when they mess up an order and they sometimes don't even apologize. If I ever do go to wingstop it will Be in Slo or Lompoc.

Wings are not the same quality like they used to be. Waiting time is RIDICULOUS. You will spend at LEAST 30 minutes there. Expect to be there from 30 minutes to an hour.

An hour and twenty minute wait to order wings? Are they slaughtering birds in the back? I've worked in kitchens before, take the wings put them in a fry basket, wait 10 min max, throw some sauce on it, serve. Not sure what the problem is but corporate should handle this.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in town. Constant turnover, rude staff and horrible wait times. It gets so bad I've watched them stop answering the phone. I gone to several other Wingstops and do not experience what I do at the Santa Maria store. Clearly management issues and lack of a good restaurant process and practices.

I order online and got there punctual ,still needed to wait 15min extra !! The food is good but the service is so bad !! I only saw two people working their @&$& meanwhile the other 3 calling them selfs fool and staring at the clock to go have lunch !!

Came to do a pick up and was standing for 5 mins nobody acknowledged me. Was basically empty inside and I can see why. If you are doing a pick up u have to go to the side there a small register there. Wouldn't come here to eat.

Went to wing stop the other day and there were around 15 people waiting for there food. That was the first red flag. Then there was no real line so I had to go in front and order. One of the workers told me that there was an HOUR AND A HALF wait. The staff seemed to just be standing around most of the time. There was only one real worker who was doing there job. So I tried ordering online but it said it was closed for some weird reason. There is a reason why people order online; to NOT wait for food inside. The staff really needs to be rearranged, maybe fire some people. The atmosphere is horrible in this place. It's basically just a small room where everyone has to eat and order there food. I don't know why they can't just relocate to somewhere more spacious, like Buffalo Wild Wings. The only good thing about this place is the food. There wings are pretty decent.

Placed my order, an hour for 10 wings 2 tenders and fries. I went 15 minutes early food was ready, uh so it would have just sat getting colder for 15 more minutes?. They had no sodas in the machine aside from sugar free- coke, dp, sprite, root beer, ginger ale, lemonade, Fanta etc all out. Food was cold as there isn't a warmer for it to sit in while it waits to be picked up. Not worth the wait, won't be back. How does this place even stay in business?

I have had this in the past. However, I ordered so wings and 4 tenders that took about an hour and 45 minutes. Only a girl is nice about it and the rest of the folks are in a bad mood. Half of the staff seems to be standing around. If everybody is to be focus on doing what they are supposed to do. 10 wings would not take over 105 minutes to have them ready. Perhaps prioritizing? I am not sure why there is such delay, but, management needs to have a sit down with them.

The food is good but its no worth the stress. You order by phone for with the purpose of no waiting in line for an hour, than you make a order to be picked up in one hour and a half and when you get there they tell you you have to wait 15 minutes for the order 3 times!!! Yep I waited 40 minutes to pick up my order that was made one hour and a half before. When I get my order it was not what I ordered. ( I didn't even bother to call back). Seriously customer service is horrible. It would be so nice if it was different. Unfortunately it sucks!

Worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I love Wingstop. Their food is great. We definitely like them better then B-Dubs, but the problem with this Wingstop is the staff. The workers are absolutely horrible. They are lazy and unhelpful. If you're ordering on the weekend expect at least an hour and a half wait. If you place an order on the app I can guarantee it will not be ready at your selected time. You'll have to wait an extra 15+ minutes. These people act like they've never had a job before and have no idea what they are doing. They constantly mess up our order and the food takes so long in the first place you don't want to wait around for them to fix it. Please get a good manager to whip this place into shape. Until then all my business will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Andrea was an awesome server, but the small girl with glasses was super rude! Andrea kept apologizing for the other girl mistakes! Andrea was super awesome and made our bad experience turn into a good one!
