Honestly I been buying hot cheetos burritos here for years n this year which today August 22, 2024 me n my husband went to order as usual a hot cheetos burritos n this time it just taste so nasty I didn't like that this year they don't add beans nor cilantro or onion on it I was very disappointed b4 some lady will make these burrito n it'll taste so delicious but now she wasn't their yall need to bring her back n not put these teenagers that don't no wassup

Got my order wrong and wouldn't even replace a drink that my 3 year old accidently dropped on the floor. About "you don't do refills" lol well I don't accept a mistake with my order and will be disputing the transaction with my bank. You guys really need a lesson in customer service and you definitely need to pay attention when fulfilling orders.

Ordered a Torta, the young girl didn't seem to know what she was doing so owner came out to help her, they didn't put mayo so I asked the lady if she can put mayo,rudely she replied it already had some, worst torta I've ever tasted, my son got quesabirrias and those were pretty yummy.

Hey girl, that's how I'm always greeted there by the owner. She should not leave her workers alone. They always mess up when she's not there. Today was the last straw. I ordered a hot Cheeto quesadilla. They were scraping the shredded cheese from the bottom instead of getting new cheese for me.Then they ran out of guacamole and sour cream. So they went looking for the sour cream and the girl put mayonnaise on it instead of sour cream. Instead of remaking it when she messed up she waited till last minute after she was serving other people and said oh we have to make another one. I said never mind and just paid for my husband's and left. I won't be back too many mistakes.
