We've been looking for a buffet with healthy food ever since Hometown Buffet closed several of their locations on the central coast. We go as often as possible to V Star Buffet and thoroughly enjoy every visit. If you arrive before 2pm their lunch is only $15. I love the fact that most of their foods do NOT contain MSG and they will tell you which food contains the MSG if you ask. Although it might not be Chinese in origin, I love their coleslaw.
