The food was good, but the service was not so great. Maybe short staffed, but im not so sure. 15-30 min quick lunch turned to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Hopefully, service is better next time

I was there the first time. Had the garlic noodles with shrimp. One of the best dishes I ever had!Loved the pleasant athmosphere and the big windows. All the staff was very pleasant and attentive.I will bring friends and come back for more!

I have been here once before and fell in love with their beef pho that i just had to go and get it again. In November i decided to get my husband and I some soups with some extra beef aswell to go so i ordered in line. Payment processed and all. Once my man got to the store they said they didn’t take any online orders and he had to re purchase it all twice and i didnt even get my refund back ? tried to reach out and had zero luck ??

When I have pho the only things I expect to add are lime and a touch of Sriracha or Chilli garlic, as the broth itself should already be unique and delicious. This one wasn't. It was watered down. No flavor at all. Matter of fact it had a weird taste. I tried adding a little bit of everything, cilantro, basil, Chilli garlic, Sriracha, hoisin sauce, lime juice and I still couldn't get a good taste. I was wondering why I was getting a weird taste until I came back to my hotel only to realize that on my instagram picture, there were Hella bubbles on my broth. Of course it had to be from the dish detergent. Where else would the bubbles come from? I hope it wasn't spit lol. Anyways, service was good. Ambiance was also good because it was quiet and its a place where you can sit down and have a conversation. If I do go back again, it'll probably be just to have a few beers. Because I'm afraid to try anything else after the main dish "pho special " was a disappointment.

The food is outstanding! I was extremely impressed with the quick turnaround of my order and the staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend trying this restaurant.
I had high hopes but was let down. The style of music playing was acceptable but, very loud if you sat near the door. No real sugar for the iced tea at first, then a small cup of sugar was brought to the table. No spoon? When the waitress finally came back to the table (after telling her we need just a minute to look at the menu, it took her 5 minutes to return) we ordered and never saw her again. The bus boy brought our food and tried to place our food in front of us by standing on the far side of the table, and would have dumped my food on the table if I had not intervened. Our garlic noodles had good flavor, but were soggy. My salmon was fantastic. My wife's shrimp was overcooked. They weren't busy, as only one other couple was there, but the lack of attention was unacceptable for any restaurant. Overall, not worth the price paid.

My friend turned me on this place and she has excellent taste. This is a very casual place with courteous staff who are warm and friendly. By watching the clientele, as well as customers picking up orders to go, I could see that the place is well-loved. The food is very, very good, and they are accommodating as far as seasoning. The place is very clean and decorated in a modern but creative and colorful way. Parking was easy for us but may be busy at peak times because the lot serves more than one food or coffee businesses.

Previous to going here tonight we have always enjoyed the food here although we wished it was more authentic. Tonight we placed a big order ( for 7 people) when my daughter picked it up all of the containers were tied up together but with light packages on the bottom and heavier stuff on the top. She said she drove so slowly as to know anything over but she said the packages tipped over several times. When she got home the styrofoam boxes were coated in dressing from one of the bowls and there wasn’t any dressing left for the bowl Also one of the sandwiches was not included. When I called the restaurant and asked about the sandwich , the female clerk told me that they had just run out of the ingredients to make the sandwich. No one mentioned this when I placed the order, when it was picked up and we were charged for it. The clerk told me , “ sorry it was just a mistake .” That can happen sometimes but not only did someone in our group have to go with out an entree but in order to get reimbursed for THEIR mistake , I had to go back to the restaurant ! The food we did eat was not great quality and there were several unhappy family members. We’re so sad to see one of the few unique ethnic restaurants in the area going downhill.
