The people at the drive thru were so rude, we already paid for our order, asked for us to pay for another order, and when we said we already paid she rolled her eyes at us. They got our order wrong, we said 2 baconator fries and apparently even after the worker confirmed it, the receipt said just a regular fry. After months of having horrible experiences at this Wendy's, from forgotten items, terrible customer service, and just knowing that I'd likely never get what I want, I'm never coming back. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION, THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER.

I got a burger and all I got was the bun and the cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was cold don’t ever go to this place.
I want to express my displeasure with the service I received at the drive thru, especially with Sonia. Her attitude when I asked for mayonnaise was totally abnegated. She gave it to me in a bad way and almost empty. I don't know why they have people who serve the public unkindly. The food is good but the service is horrible.

There was a huge line, which is understandable, but to make things worse, their Apple Pay and card machines were down. They didn’t have any signs to inform customers, so I was stuck in line with no way to pay, and I ended up losing my entire lunch break. Worst service experience I’ve had in a long time.
