Quality of dough and the way they bake it is perfectly even and maintains the natural flavors. I was in a hurry and they were so fast and friendly that they changed my mood for that day! I can tell the kiosk is well designed so customers are comfortable to see all the products. Super highly recommended!!!

If you’re at the Santa Maria Mall, you have to stop by Wetzel’s Pretzels! The pretzels are always warm, soft, and buttery, and you can literally smell them from across the mall 😍. I love how they make them fresh and serve them hot — perfect for a quick snack or treat while shopping.

My favorites are the original salted pretzel, pretzel bites, and their lemonade — so refreshing! The staff is friendly and the service is fast, even when it’s busy.

This is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something savory, fresh, and satisfying. Highly recommend if you want a delicious snack that hits the spot every time!

Fresh, warm, and always hits the spot. The pretzels are perfectly soft on the inside with just the right amount of chew, and the salt level is spot on. I love that you can actually watch them being made—it makes a huge difference in freshness. The cinnamon sugar pretzel is my go-to, and the cheese dip is dangerously good. Quick service, friendly staff, and consistent quality every time. Perfect snack when you want something comforting and satisfying.

Wetzel's Pretzels is a 10 out of 10, definitely a go to stop if you're at the mall especially under new ownership, I would definitely recommend the cinnamon bites or pizza bites. Amazing Store!

When I found out we had a Wetzels pretzels I was super stoked, then I went there and became obsessed because of how good there food is and how many different options they have “not just a pretzel and cheese”… plus’s their staff was really friendly! I will definitely be back soon!

Wetzel’s Pretzels never disappoints. The pretzels are always hot, fresh, and perfectly salted, with that soft-inside, crispy-outside texture that’s hard to beat. The staff is friendly and fast, even when it’s busy, and the smell alone pulls you in every time. Whether it’s a classic salted pretzel or a pretzel dog, the quality is consistently great. Easily one of the best quick snacks around highly recommend.

Wetzel's Pretzels is a go-to when I'm at the mall (sometimes the only reason I go is for Wetzel's Pretzels). The pretzels are fresh, warm, and impeccable. I have met with the owner and he is an amazing guy. The employees are usually very friendly. The vibe of this specific location is very lively and nice. Well done Wetzel's Pretzels!
