I can say when I door dashed the other day, my food looked fantastic! Smelled delicious, tasted delicious… all of the above… unfortunately, it landed me in the ER the following day. I got severe salmonella poison.I was throwing up quite violently, which caused me to have several blackouts/seizures. (which I never in my life have had happen to me)It was absolutely terrible!Fortunately I’m recovering now. It’s been two days since but it was pretty bad.I used to love coming here for wings but unfortunately I won’t be eating here any more. It was to much of a traumatizing experience for me.All I think anyone can do going forward with ordering from here if they still choose to is ask for their wings to be well done.

Wingstop in Santa Maria is all bad. Dirty restaurant, rude and incompetent staff, bad food, bad service, ALWAYS and hour long wait and constantly forgetting or losing orders and not just mine but other people's who are also waiting... several times now. I say boycott this place. Boo Wingstop Santa Maria!

My wife loves the food here and we usually order from door dash. We probably should have kept it that way. My wife asked me to swing by the Santa Maria store to pick up dinner. The staff that was working, was working incredibly hard however there was three other staff standing around not doing anything. No one greats as you walk in. I waited for about 15 minutes until an employee acknowledged my presence. The person at the register was not personable, friendly or even made eye contact. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them. They began the conversation with (There is a 45 minute wait). Once again, no hello or thank you for choosing Wingstop. I got the impression that they did not want my service so I went somewhere else. I have worked with the public for 15 years and managed a store with 20 employees. My opinion of the Santa Maria Wingstop is that it needs better management.

My wife went to WS today to pick-up an order that I ordered for her online, but apparently the online order was not registered there (online is not user friendly at all) Anyway, I had ordered previously over the telephone and forgot to tell them that she would be there later. So, I decided to order on-line and placed the order (I thought) and the I called her to tell her that I put two orders in (my bad) and that she make sure I don't get billed twice. Well, when she arrived there they informed her that there was no other order placed and that she had to pay for the first order that I placed via phone call. That being said, they ended up yelling at each other over an order of chicken wings. I heard them over the phone and it was screaming in spanish at each other. My wife ended up walking out without her meals and stated that she would NEVER RETURN and that was met with OK, up too you! We will never go there again of course, I don't care for the chicken as it tastes old and smells like it too! Not all the time mind you, but it has happened to me several times. ANYWAY, NO MORE unprofessional, rude and ignorant service for US ever!! ZERO STARS
