The boba drink was good, the couple working the place were working really hard trying to keep up with the volume of customers. It is a popular place. They could use some air conditioning because it was very warm in there.
Poor customer service! Pick up orders placed over the phone take over half an hr, even though they said it’d be ready in 5 minutes! Once you’re there, employees who all seem young are wasting time around talking , laughing with each other ! … Shops owner could do a better job running this place taking into consideration not to hire lazy individuals !

This place did not look clean, I went here for Boba tea, and they could barely answer the questions that I asked because they were only speaking Spanish. They had Mexican music blaring in the background, and it definitely didn’t feel welcoming or enticing to eat or drink from this establishment. I had a couple questions about the menu and they couldn’t answer my questions so I ended up just walking out.
