This place did not look clean, I went here for Boba tea, and they could barely answer the questions that I asked because they were only speaking Spanish. They had Mexican music blaring in the background, and it definitely didn’t feel welcoming or enticing to eat or drink from this establishment. I had a couple questions about the menu and they couldn’t answer my questions so I ended up just walking out.

Place is outdated looks dirty and needs to be painted and remodeled. Drink was way too sweet not enough boba. Staff wasn't that friendly or welcoming. Service was fast, wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Went there on Saturday, first thing I did was ask the cashier if they had avocado for a smoothie. Which he replied very confident YES. Ordered it plus a strawberry mango.35 minutes later they call me to tell me they don’t have avocado. she asked if I wanted a refund or another drink. I asked for a refund. Expecting I was getting a refund for the avocado only. Since I had ordered a strawberry smoothie too. She gives me the money for the whole order and no smoothies. NOT EVEN THE ONE THEY DID HAVE. NO APOLOGIES WHATSOEVER!I was confused and asked for info on the second smoothie. Which he replied.. “She refunded you for the whole order”So now I have to walk out of there with almost 40 minutes wasted and no drinks.TERRIBLE experience and definitely WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

They took over 1 hour to give me my drinks, I only order 3 drinks and an ice cream, keep in mind the ice cream was give it to me in the front so they took 20 minutes for a drink, the employees were rude when i asked about the time limit, they place was dirty, there were dead Incest in the floor.

Rude people, the wait is beyond ridiculous, AND the drink carriers are flimsy, because of this my entire order fell to the ground and exploded. Too cheap to buy decent carriers.

Placed an order for three drinks at 5:24 p.m. and approximately 37 minutes later after numerous people that were placing the orders after me got their drinks finally got mine doubt I will ever be coming back here again good way to lose customers having your employees serve their friends before the customers that were standing there first...
