I used to really enjoy this place, but recently I found a burnt hair on my breakfast croissant. Super disappointing and honestly pretty gross. I hope they take precautions moving forward, but after that experience I won’t be coming back.

Awful customer service the past 3 times we went. The new lady running it said the prices have increased and people shouldn’t be buying from her business if they can’t afford it (that made us feel super uncomfortable). It’s been empty as well the last 2 times we went. Now we know why. She’s absolutely rude. The sandwich has increased in price and are way smaller as well as the meat tastes like old refrigerator. Paid $34 for a sandwich and a dozen doughnuts. I wouldn’t mind coming back and paying that ridiculous price but since that lady’s customer service absolutely sucks I won’t be returning and I’ll be letting my friends and family know not to support this greedy business as well. The lady’s said she’s was from LA. Maybe that’s why she’s so rude. Don’t come to this town and treat people who are loyal customer to your business like crap. Be thankful and polite when they walk through your door. Go back to LA with that bitter, ugly attitude. Santa Maria has hard working people who want to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee with a doughnut not experience this rude lady first thing in the morning.

We buy hundreds of donuts every month from various local donut shops. I’ve always had great experience here until today. I asked for a register receipt which I’ve gotten dozens of homes from local donut shops since were a business and need it for our expense report. I was made to feel dumb for asking. “We’re not like those fancy stores like Costco that tell you everything you buy on the receipt.” This came after she yelled at another customer who very nicely asked for his sandwich to be cut in half. Then she yelled have a nice day at him repeatedly after he said he wasn’t coming back. Extremely unprofessional. I’ll be letting all my coworkers know as well. Clearly they don’t need anymore business to treat two customers poorly back to back. Other similar recent reviews make me think this is the new way Yummy is doing business.

I like this chocolate pocket the most, it got chocolate chips inside and the outside, if you pair it with milk the taste will be balance with the sweetness if you think it is too sweet. or microwave it a few second just to melt some of the chocolate.

I went in today at 3/29 12:12 my parents usually always come here and I was really excited to try this place since I’ve never been but this lady had other plans for me she was very rude kept cutting me off when I was ordering almost felt like she just wanted to brush me off she made me really uncomfortable as I was ordering she was just staring at me the whole time as if she was trying to intimidate me. I kept my cool didn’t say anything but left very disappointed I well not be going back somewhere I don’t feel welcomed. Also workers don’t greet you at the door if they see you so I should’ve known customer service was going to be bad to begin with.
