Julian makes the most incredible brownies!!! They are chewy, chocolate-y, moist, and not too sweet! They are heaven on earth, I love them so much. Highly recommend!!!

This man is an AMAZING baker! I'm so happy he is selling his deserts at the Saturday Pico Farmers Market. You simply have to try everything he makes. A NON-VEGAN'S DREAM, yum :) There may be some vegan desserts, I'm not sure.

Our favorite baker in LA! We have bought from 4th St Baker nearly every week since we first found Julian at the farmers’ market! So delicious and a master of his craft!!! And to top it all off, Julian is lovely and a joy to see each time we go to the market. Don’t wait—go!!! (And if you need a recc, everything is amazing, but you absolutely cannot beat his Portuguese egg tart. Best I’ve ever had in the US).

4th St Baker is truly 10 stars worthy! I go to the Pico farmers market on Saturdays at Virginia Ave Park. Julian always has so many delicious goodies including season treats. Everything is delectable, but the coffee cake, blondies and short bread thumbprint cookies are the absolute best! Coffee cake is utter perfection with so much cinnamon crumble and ultra moist. The blondies are ooey gooey and incredibly decadent. And the thumbprint cookies are the BEST shortbread and jam perfection. I cannot wait to grab a treat from him every weekend.

Location on yelp is not a real business, and the hours don't seem to be real either. Don't waste your time coming here like I did. Would love to try one day though, although a bit bitter taste wasting an hour coming here. Business owner should be more responsible about updating public info.
4th St Baker is an under-the-radar giant on the west side. Could not recommend highly enough. Stumbled across 4th St Baker / Julian at the Saturday Pico Farmer's Market at Virginia Park. Tried one of the Valrhona Fudge Brownies and Chocolate Chip Cookies. Both were phenomenal. The cookies are especially good; chewy and crispy. The best combination. The Olive Oil Cakes looked very exciting too. Coolest thing of all is that this is a cottage baker?! Support a local making great products.
