My meal tonight was inedible. I have been ordering the buffalo cauliflower wrap consistently, but last time, it had been prepared in a strange way that did not match the description or what I had experienced when eating it previously. Tonight, I called the restaurant to verify the way the wrap is prepared, and the person on the phone was very friendly and assured me that if I ordered again, the wrap would be prepared correctly this time. Well, I got my wrap, and not only did it not have any green goddess dressing, the sweet potato all had the PEELS still on them, so I kept biting down on them. I ended up picking them out of the wrap and then just gave up since I was grossed out. I'm shocked at how this wrap was prepared and I'm also extremely disappointed that the person on the phone had been reassuring, and then it was STILL messed up - multiple times in a row!

I really like alfalfa but lately they have taken a dip in quality. The tortillas have been stale and dressing has been left off my order multiple times.
Hopefully they fix these issues soon or I may have to stop ordering there.
Edit: all of these concerns have been addressed for many orders at this point and the quality has been very high. I'm impressed with the staffs responsiveness.
