Rip-off central. Plain cheese burger $17, fries $4.50, and $3.50 fountain drink that is NON refillable, what?!!! For $27, they are just too expensive for what it is- a walk up burger place that is tasty and in a good location, but majorly over priced. Service is good, ambiance is very good.

Walked with my family here on Sunday night for dinner (Aug 27 2023), it says online they close at 6pm on Sundays. We arrived at 5:49pm and they had a CLOSED sign on the window. I asked the employee if we could still order since we walked all this way and they weren’t supposed to close til 6….He just shook his head and shrugged and said “sorry. All done”. Very disappointed. There were multiple families that arrived around the same time as us and I could tell were all equally disappointed. Not good business and forever leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Someone told me to go here because they have "really good burgers." I ordered the Santa Fe burger. The bun was charred black, and the onions were so greasy that both the top and the bottom of the bun were entirely saturated all the way through with oil. I ate one bite and was grossed out. I ate a second bite to be polite. But then I just couldn't anymore. The rest went in the trash. Yuck.

Good burger. But I ordered a double cheese burger. Got 2 patties with a single cheese. Had they told me on the phone that they would need to charge for an extra cheese I would have been fine with that. Pretty annoyed honestly.

Absolutely excellent burger. I think this is one of the best burgers in LA. I had their California burger, it was the perfect mix of flavors. I also recommend their steak fries. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is that they don't do refills on the soda. It seems like refills would make sense for a place like this (especially since it's on the pricy side for burgers). Aside from that, it's Excellent!

I am always looking for the perfect "fat steak fry" to go with my hamburger, turkey burger, chicken sausage, tuna sandwich or even healthy salads... tbh, I love fat fries. You can keep your skinny fries, sweet potato fries and any other variation of thin potato fry options. Up until yesterday, I have been content with Fatburgers' steak fries to place along my above choices. Everything changed for me at the Brentwood Market this week. Barney's hamburger shop's "fat steak fries" are the best I have ever tasted. Evenly browned, perfectly cooked ( crispy outside but not too crispy and light and fluffy inside). I realize I am waxing poetic about a potato product, but these were perfection. I am going to return to have their burger and milkshake for which they are famous for but for now I am so happy to have found these fries. Their prices are quite reasonable and staff are delightful! Highly recommend Brentwood Market again! I will be baaaack!
The food is pretty decent. Have orders salads from their maybe 3 times. But the service is absolutely awful. The staff is RACSIST, and if you're not white they're gonna assume you can't afford to eat there. (Which has decent lunch prices!) I see the great service they provide my white neighbors & it really disgust me that me & other black Brentwood residents are treated like we're not wanted. I would rather eat it at the lovely chicken spot across from it, before I ever spend my money here again!

We were looking for a place to eat and drove off, saw transport trains and thought why not. What a pleasant surprise. We had a cold dog and a cheeseburger with a great fry between them. There was a bit of a queue to be served, but it was during a difficult lunch. The food was fresh and delicious. There is a small car park around the back which is very accessible here. Great find in a hurry.

Long line but that is because it is that good. Great club sandwich. Dont forget to ask for condiments as not put on sandwiches...do it yourself! Fresh ice tea. to go orders packed well. I liked this place. 4 stars only because of long wait but that wasnt totally their fault. Just be aware.

This place was "OK". I was starving when I go there and the taste was average. Go in knowing you ARE going to overpay for what you get The food tasted "OK". The service was good and the cashier taking my payment (which was "cash only" was friendly. Yes. I said "cash only"....makes you wonder a little bit doesn't it? Especially during a pandemic but that's a whole different conversation... Anyway, I'm attaching a photo of what the food REALLY looks like. The burger comes on a square cardboard plate and the salad comes in a aluminum tray...
