Usually have ok experiences at this location, somewhat friendly and acknowledged within a few mins. But today’s visit was awful. Waited for 10 mins at the register with not one of the 3 employees acknowledging me. Ive worked customer service and knew to be patient because they had 2 customers ahead of me and 1 employee was working on a cake in the back. But the 2 front employees finished with the 2 customers, and still not greeting or acknowledging me while still standing in-front of the register, they then asked the person who had just come in for their order!
That’s when I had to say that I’ve been waiting for 10 mins at the register with no one helping me. Cake employee from the back jumped in and said she made eye contact, to which I said “but you still didn’t help me.” She rolled her eyes at me and went back to the back to finish the cake. Front employees half-heartedly apologized but this is just not the way to treat people. Last time I’m going to this place until they learn to treat all customers with the same respect they afforded the people they decided were worth their time to assist.

Baskin-Robbins seriously needs to fix their hours. Realistically I don’t have any complaints about the actual store, my issue is that online the store says that it’s open till 11pm. However when I showed up in person at 10:30 the store is completely devoid of any workers and when I asked to shop next-door they said they closed at 10PM. Can somebody from Baskin-Robbins please tell me how I am supposed to know what time the store closes when online it says 11 and when I come 30 minutes before close it’s already been closed for 30 minutes.
