I went with my fiancé yesterday. I waited in the car but he explained to me how they messed up our order on 3 different occasions, which is completely ridiculous. We only wanted two scoops of cookies and cream ice cream in a cup. It can’t be that difficult to find and scoop. The outside of the shop was pretty clean, though. There are other stores nearby. The two ladies working in the evening seemed pretty nice. I just wonder if that day they were particularly dazed or if it’s...

I would normally give a 5 star rating but the employee must have been having a bad day and showed a little attitude when I asked for extra malt in my shake and she said she would need to charge extra. I have been going to different locations almost every other day for years and this was the first time I was asked to pay more. Going to an ice cream shop should be greeted by happy employees, not one who couldn't crack a smile even if I had paid double!

I stopped by wanting to try the Mangonanda. It’s a frozen mango smoothie like drink with chamoy. It’s was ok, not all that.I thought since it’s Baskin Robbins, it would be made with their own ice cream in it but it wasn’t. I saw the girl make it and legit it was like a Mango drink mixture and Ice only then blended. In my mind I was like, “Aren’t you going to add a scoop of some ice cream?”Probably won’t ever buy it again.
