Food sucks. Overpriced and insanely small portions. Also just does not taste good at all lol. Can’t call this a burger

The food is the greasy good fair/ pier kind. The fries are good. The service is fast and the prices are on point. We enjoyed it.

Incompetent workers who got BOTH of my orders wrong. I asked for one burger with no onions and another double burger plain. They only gave me one patty on my double and put onions on BOTH of my burgers. So not only did they make my order wrong, they gave me LESS than what I paid for by giving me a single when I paid for a double. Then when I tried to ask them to fix it, they continued to try to gaslight me saying “You didn’t order it like that.” even though the receipt reflected how I ordered. Regardless the food was alright, but I would not come again.

Fries where ok. Ordered a plain double and they gave me a single with onions and when I went back to ask for it to be remade they got mad and said that’s not what I ordered. And the guy working register kept forgetting what I wanted right after saying what I wanted.

Don’t waste your time, literally. I had a little free time today before a flight. Figured I’d walk the pier and grab some lunch. Didn’t think I had enough time for a sit down meal, so grab something quick right? Well this place was the wrong choice. 3 people in line, took forever to order. Should have tipped me off. Finally order, almost $30 for double burger with bacon, fries, and a medium soda. Figure I’ll get my food and eat on a bench, enjoy the view. Wrong. Almost 25 minutes to get my food. 6 people in the kitchen, walking around looking at each other, like 4 burgers on the grill. Asked twice where my food was, blank stares and no reply. Was at the counter to ask for my money back when I finally got my food. Mediocre burger at best, with no toppings, decent fries, no refill on soda I drank while waiting 25 minutes. Pass on this place, go somewhere else.

Slowest service ever!

This was one of the best cheeseburgers I had whilst in California. Situated right on Santa Monica pier, what a great spot !!!!. Service is friendly and you can buy Alcohol in there, I had a beer. Price is good. Does get busy, as you would expect.

Expensive, slow, poor quality.

The most delicious burgers in California, what a wonderful thing. Accessible place, well located, affordable prices. The cashier was very friendly. I just think they have a good area of opportunity in improving table cleaning.

We stopped here a few times over a week as the burgers were tasty, there was plenty of seating and the service was fairly quick.

Gave this place a shot and we wish we didn’t. Burgers have no flavor. Super small and pretty dry. Pier burger a few steps away would be a way better option.
