I've eaten at Bergamot several dozen times because of how close it is to my work.It really is a charming spot with such a friendly staff. The food is good, not mind-blowing, but priced correctly and consistently tasty. The coffee is especially great! Come on a sunny LA day and enjoy their large outdoor seating area that is actually pretty quiet, considering they're somewhat isolated from the major streets.
Bergamot has a fine balance of a hipstery cafe and something kinda straightforwardly cafeteria about it. This location is near an art center and attracts all kinds of interesting people. I highly recommend their dirty chai and the pesto sandwich.

I love this place! I come here often and have always gotten a consistent and delicious meal! The servers are friendly and attentive! The coffee is always fresh, and the atmosphere is delightfully warm and inviting! The menu is what you would expect for the most part, but there is always a fun inventive twist on something , I recommend Bergamot Cafe
