Just randomly saw this place driving and decided to go in. What a great decision!
Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. The atmosphere was great. Lively and happy. It was rather busy. Whole bar was packed and I’d say about 5 tables. It’s not super big inside. But definitely enough room to be comfortable.
They do have a full bar as well so that’s a plus!
Let’s get into the food.
I ordered the pork ribs, Texas hot link, Mac n cheese with baked beans. I opted to try the mild and spicy bbq sauce.
Let’s start with the pork ribs. Seasoned very well. And I do mean VERY well. Smoked to absolute perfection. With an excellent seasoned crust. Honestly? You don’t even need to put bbq sauce on it. It’s that good. However I did try both sauces. Mild is definitely more sweet than the hot. But the hot isn’t too spicy either. And I know everyone’s spice levels are different. To me a grilled jalapeño is mild. So figure from there.
Moving onto the hot link. Cooked well. Juicy with great taste. Can’t go wrong.
The aides. WOW. Ok I would legit come back for just the Mac n cheese if you wanted Mac n cheese. It’s creamy, rich gooey and just excellent. Melded cheddar layer on top.
Baked beans. It’s heavy on the mustard. But don’t let that make you stray away. It’s a different taste and it’s well worth the try. I greatly enjoyed them.
Overall this piece was a fantastic experience. I will 100% be back.
It’s clean, it’s fun, the food is great and the atmosphere is excellent.

10/10 for me and my husband! The service was immaculate, felt like we were right at home our server Daphne was friendly, helpful and had the most contagious smile. There were two other gentleman that weren’t even our servers but also super friendly and held great conversation with us making us feel welcomed, one looked like the manager and other i’m assuming a server whoever worked at 4pm on 9/20 that’s who i’m talking about! Food was great as well, got the recommendation to get the dry rub wing appetizer and get buffalo on the side.. i’d definitely eat it again and again for sure! Also had a quarter of brisket and ribs which were pretty good but what topped it off was the mac and cheese because it had a little kick in it and the banana pudding for dessert! Overall experience was great and when i touch back in Cali i’ll continue to return here for as long as I can.

Went there for the first time last night . All staff were friendly , and I got my meal no less than 5 min after ordering. Food was amazing I got the brisket , chicken link , mac , and greens. The greens taste was pretty bold however they were still good . I’d give the food a 4.7/5. I definitely recommend this spot if you want some amazing bbq!

Bludso's is our new #1 favorite spot for barbecue.
Without a doubt, the best barbecue I've ever had (Sorry, Uncle Tee!).
We each had the combo, which seemed a bit pricey at $35 each, but it was love at first bite and worth ever penny.
The brisket, pork ribs, chicken and each of the sides were exquisitely prepared and perfectly seasoned.
Restaurant manager Tari Walker and his crew made us feel right at home, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing less than extraordinary.
We give this establishment the highest possible rating.
We were delighted by the quality of the food and exceptional service.

Was told that dinner plates are big enough to share. This is one that ran me $35 at this place......SMMFH. At least the service was really good.
Had a great Experience! The Brisket and ribs were delicious! The Mac and cheese was my favorite side. Everyone was very welcoming when I walked in. The bartender Edith was very attentive and the manager Maria came over to check on us and was very friendly. I would definitely go back .

Food is bland as heck. Might as we go to new England or Britain for bbq. It has not flavor here. And when I mean flavor I don't mean salt. I mean actual flavor. I am a chef myself. So yeaaa. If looking for REAL flavorful bbq, this is NOT the place.
