I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
The drink was handed to me with coffee spilled all over the cup, which felt careless and unprofessional.
When I politely asked about it, the staff’s attitude was very rude and unhelpful.
It felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service.
I would not recommend this place.

There are no outlets at all, and I was in rather dire situation needing a quick charge of my phone. There were outlets behind the register clearly not in use and staff would not let me use it briefly because of “policy”. Thanks a lot

Ordered a hot chocolate to drink there, it had a beautiful design on top of my drink of a flower or leaf, thank you to the super friendly Barista. I remember it was a young man but did not get his name. Felt speacial. This staff actually smiles at you and makes you feel welcome. Thank you!
