Where to begin… Boa Santa Monica is a delicacy and a delight. From the first step inside, the atmosphere is as inviting as it is relaxing. There is a real sense of appreciation for the food on display from the staff. Our server Steven was as knowledgable as he was excellent. His recommendations were on point and he made our already excellent meal simply perfect. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the cocktails were inventive and immaculate. I can’t wait to return to Boa.

If you are ethnic or urban DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I came here about 2 months ago and had a terrible experience. Pat was my server and was extremely rude. I went by myself for a nice dinner out and the whole time I was there he barely talked with me. Which is fine! As I was finishing up though, he asked me what I did for work. With a tone of, how are you able to afford this dinner? I called management after leaving because I did not have a good experience & I was told they would send me a gift card for the inconvenience. I wasn’t looking for anything free but they insisted, so I held off on writing this review. The gift card never came, but regardless, I think people of color or ethnic backgrounds should know how this establishment operates. Don’t spend your money here. For the price and quality you can go to an establishment that appreciates your business and doesn’t make you feel unwelcome & has a higher quality of food. The food was not even that good for it to be what it was. ZERO STARS!!!
Nice setting with sunset view, but finding a $6 fee for paying digitally with your phone (which we were asked to do by the restaurant) was a buzz kill.
